Christmas Eve Plans, Helpers Needed!

If you can believe it, Christmas Eve is just three weeks from today. This holy night is an important and centering moment not just for those of us reading this message, but for many in the community who seek connection and some good news to herald Christ’s birth.

In recent years, we have offered both an outdoor live nativity and an evening candlelit service, and each has become a beloved tradition among community members. A few families at my daughter’s school have already asked whether we’ll be doing the morning service, and while the answer is yes, I say so nervously, as we could really use some help!

As we prepare for this holy night (and day!), I hope you’ll consider pitching in to make these special events shine. I’ve listed the roles below and created a SignUp Genius link to expedite the hand-raising experience.

Note also that the offerings for both services will benefit the Vermont Food Bank. What a great witness to love incarnate as we conclude our hunger-centered Advent series.

Thanks for your help,

Pastor Jen
