Quick notes while away

I’ll keep things brief while away this week, but I wanted to express appreciation for Sunday’s spirit-filled worship service. In particular, our announcement time is worth a re-watch. What a fantastic showcase of the many ways we are called to serve, learn, and grow. And there’s always room for more ideas!

A quick reminder that I will not hold office hours this week, but will be back to my regular schedule (Thursdays at 11:00 at the Jericho Ale and Bean) beginning next week, Oct. 30.

Finally, if you are planning to attend this Sunday’s “Putting Your House in Order” workshop (see below) and haven’t yet registered, it looks like we still have a few slots left. Please let me know so that our presenter can bring the correct number of binders.

I look forward to being back among you on Sunday as we welcome Rev. David Abbott to the pulpit for his message, “Please, please, please let us give!”
